QUICKSTART CDC
Move in to your brand new Artech Home Sooner! Most homes, in most council areas, can be built using an Artech Quickstart Complying Development Certificate. Your home has to comply with CDC requirements. Artech Homes will work with our Accredited Building Certifier to assess whether your home meets these requirements and can pre-approve CDC at the time of your tender.
FIXED PRICE POLICY
When you build with Artech Homes, you can be certain that the price we quote is the price you’ll pay with no hidden costs or added extras. Your site costs, Work Health & Safety obligations and developer requirements are fixed. Your colour selections are made before we draw up your contract ensuring you a fixed price up-front, with no further monetary surprises.
ALL INCLUSIVE ADDED VALUE
